• Conduct site surveys, collect relevant documentation, and verify roof load-bearing capacity (static/dynamic) and wind uplift resistance; propose reinforcement measures or design adjustments as necessary to ensure safe PV system installation.
• Manage technical execution of mounting structure/rail installation on rooftops; control alignment and positioning, anchoring/fastening points, torque requirements, mechanical connections, and tilt angles in accordance with drawings and applicable standards.
• Supervise and approve waterproofing measures at all anchoring/drilling/cutting points and joints; ensure no leakage, no adverse impact on existing roof conditions, and full compliance with handover requirements to the Client.
• Inspect and approve incoming structural materials; verify integrity of joints and mechanical connections; coordinate with HSE team to implement and supervise safety requirements for rooftop work in compliance with site regulations.
• Control installation tolerances of supporting structures; accurately set out and hand over cable tray/ladder routes and technical interface points; ensure smooth and timely execution by M&E/E teams for PV module installation, cabling, and electrical connections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Industrial & Civil), Construction Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Site Engineer; candidates with experience in construction supervision, inspection, commissioning of steel structures, industrial facilities, or C&I rooftop solar projects (including mounting rails, anchoring systems, and interface handover to M&E/E teams) are preferred.
• Strong understanding of common industrial roofing systems, roof penetration risks, and waterproofing restoration methods to ensure leak prevention.
• Ability to read, review, and cross-check technical documents related to roof load capacity and wind uplift forces; coordinate and propose reinforcement or design adjustments when required.
• Knowledge of installation quality control processes: tolerances, torque requirements, anchoring systems, and inspection/acceptance in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese standards (TCVN) and project technical requirements for construction and inspection/acceptance; experience in preparing and implementing Method Statements (MS), ITP/Inspection Checklists, and inspection & handover documentation.
• Construction supervision certificate (Class II/III) is an advantage.
