2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Workforce Planning & Recruitment

  • Forecast workforce demand in line with project timelines; develop and implement recruitment plans for both office and site-based positions.
  • Manage candidate pipeline, develop recruitment channels, directly participate in interviews, and monitor recruitment progress.

B. Employee Records Management & Compliance

  • Manage employment contracts, personnel records, social insurance, disciplinary and reward processes, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and labor laws at both office and project sites.

C. C&B and HR Operations

  • Execute and control payroll, attendance, compensation, benefits, personal income tax, and social insurance processes in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain and update HR data systems; support daily HR operational activities.

D. HR Policies & Process Development

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, templates, and regulations.
  • Monitor effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance HR management efficiency.

E. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Organize and maintain internal communications, team building, CSR activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Contribute to building a positive, professional working environment and strengthening company culture.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 03 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 02 years in recruitment; candidates with experience in project-based hiring (construction, energy, manufacturing) are preferred.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning and recruitment execution aligned with project staffing needs; direct involvement in interviewing and candidate assessment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing methods; ability to build and develop candidate pipelines.
  • Ability to track, analyze recruitment data, and propose solutions to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, compensation & benefits, and general HR practices.
