– Manage subcontractor safety teams.
– Control the implementation of security and fire prevention measures.
– Manage and operate occupational safety, hygiene, and fire prevention activities.
– Lead the development of technical safety (HSE) and fire prevention measures during the bidding and pre-construction phases.
– Develop, organize training, and monitor compliance with safety measures.
– Ensure compliance with all related procedures, regulations, processes, templates, and norms.
– Prepare regular/ad-hoc reports and perform other assigned tasks.
– Coordinate with supervisors, investors, and other stakeholders to meet HSE, fire prevention, and environmental sanitation requirements.
– Investigate, document, handle, and report when safety incidents occur.
– Respond to work or emergency safety incidents outside of working hours if required.
– Priority for candidates with safety, fire prevention, ISO 45001, or related certificates.
– Education: University degree or higher (Engineering major preferred).
– Experience: 2–3 years of safety supervision in industrial building construction, supermarkets, or solar power installation projects.
– In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese and international HSE regulations & standards.
– Experience in team management and safety supervision.
– Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
– Project experience: knowledge in project management, ability to prepare and report HSE.
– Basic English communication is an advantage.
