• Manage DC cable routing on cable trays and ladders; control MC4 connectors, cable labeling, and verify string polarity to prevent DC short circuits and arcing.
• Supervise installation of inverters and related electrical panels; oversee cable pulling, lugging, crimping, torque tightening, and connections in accordance with drawings, ensuring safe clearances and adequate heat dissipation.
• Inspect and approve grounding and equipotential bonding systems; verify connectivity and signal integrity of monitoring and data acquisition systems (SCADA, datalogger, weather stations) in line with approved configurations.
• Coordinate interface handover with Civil teams and arrange safe shutdown procedures with plant operators/clients; supervise integration with MSB and existing substations, and implement protection and operational functions as required.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and energization in accordance with project requirements; close out punch list items and complete as-built and handover documentation for O&M.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical/Site Engineer; candidates with experience in C&I rooftop solar projects or industrial projects involving MSB and substations are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DC/AC installation and inspection: cable routing, MC4 connectors, cable lugs, crimping, torque tightening, string polarity testing, and cable labeling.
• Experience in grounding, equipotential bonding, lightning protection systems, and coordination of monitoring systems (SCADA, datalogger, weather stations).
• Ability to perform testing and energization: insulation resistance, grounding resistance, contact resistance (I-V curve testing if applicable); capable of completing inspection, as-built, and handover documentation for O&M.
• Good understanding of applicable standards and technical requirements; ability to coordinate effectively with Civil, HSE, subcontractors, manage interfaces, and proactively resolve on-site issues.
