2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor daily operation of PV solar systems; track energy yield, equipment status, and system alarms via monitoring platforms.
Perform periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment cleaning in accordance with maintenance plans to ensure safe and stable system operation.
Analyze performance degradation, identify root causes of abnormalities, and implement or coordinate corrective actions during system operation.
Manage operational records, incident history, maintenance logs, and spare parts; propose solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
Coordinate with clients, factories, and relevant stakeholders on operation activities, shutdown procedures, troubleshooting, periodic reporting, and post-maintenance handover.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- At least 02 years of experience in operation and maintenance of solar power systems, industrial electrical systems, or equivalent; experience in large-scale C&I rooftop solar projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of PV system operation, inverters, monitoring and data acquisition systems, and related electrical components during post-handover phase.
- Ability to monitor system performance, analyze production loss, detect abnormalities, and coordinate troubleshooting activities.
- Ability to prepare operational reports, manage maintenance records, incident logs, and spare parts; effectively coordinate with clients and stakeholders during O&M activities.
