O&M ENGINEER

Directly participate in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of rooftop solar power systems.
Develop maintenance plans for solar power systems.
Collect and analyze data, assess risks, identify causes, and propose solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
Ensure quality and operational efficiency through SCADA systems.
Prepare solar system reports as required by the company’s management.
Perform other tasks assigned by the department head/manager.

Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Systems, Automation, Electrical Equipment, Control Engineering, or related technical fields.
Knowledge of solar power systems, including factors affecting system quality and efficiency.
Experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of solar power systems.
Proficient in using solar system simulation software such as PVsyst.
Familiar with grid-tied inverter configurations and data logger systems from SMA, Sungrow, Huawei, etc.
Ability to self-study technical documents to improve expertise and stay updated with new technologies.
1 – 2 years of experience in a similar field.
English communication skills are preferred.
Proactive, professional work ethic, with quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under high pressure and demanding workloads.
