As an internal EPC contractor in rooftop solar Tona Syntegra Solar (TSS) partnered with Bosch to deliver a unique and best-of-the-art rooftop solar system for HcP factory in Long Thanh, Dong Nai. The project was completed and handed it over to the owner in November 2023, marking a significant milestone for the factory in maximizing use of green energy to achieve Bosch’s carbon-neutral mission.

Commitment

TSS completed this system with strict requests from the investor with global FM standards and fully compliant with legal requirements. In addition, the rooftop solar system is equipped with the most advanced technologies and safety with rapid shutdown, smart monitoring at module power level, and optimization.

The advanced technologies optimize each PV module, maximizing energy production. Real-time data collection and system faults triggering automatic alerts enable smart and pinpointed monitoring, facilitating efficient energy management and proactive maintenance.

Efficiency of solar power system

The successful installation of the solar panel system at our Bosch Vietnam plant will generate approximately 2,300 MWh of clean energy annually, reduce of 1,630 tons of CO2 emissions which is equivalent to around 30,000 trees planted annually.
