Tona Syntegra Solar Partners with Central Retail Vietnam to Achieve Net Zero Vision

On October 18, 2024, Tona Syntegra Solar (TSS) proudly signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Central Retail Vietnam to bring the company’s Net Zero vision to life. This partnership aims to drive sustainability by implementing advanced renewable energy solutions across the Go! supermarket network in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai Province.

TSS Leads the Way with Innovative Energy Solutions

As part of this collaboration, TSS will provide and install a range of cutting-edge energy solutions designed to optimize energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions, including:

Rooftop Solar Power Systems: Harnessing solar energy to power the shopping network, significantly lowering energy costs and reducing environmental impact.
Solar Carports with EV Charging Stations: Promoting green transportation by providing a sustainable solution for electric vehicle charging at the Go! supermarkets.
Energy Storage Systems (BESS): Optimizing energy use and storage to ensure a continuous and efficient power supply.
Green Transportation Solutions: Introducing electric forklifts and trucks to further reduce emissions within the supply chain.

Significant Environmental Impact

This collaboration not only supports Central Retail’s ambitious Net Zero goals but also makes an immediate impact. The newly energized solar system at Go! Nhon Trach is expected to generate 551 MWh of clean energy annually, helping to reduce 373 tons of CO2 emissions per year. This is equivalent to the energy consumption of approximately 450 homes or the carbon offset of 4,500 tree seedlings grown over 10 years.

A Step Toward a Greener Future for Vietnam

At the signing event, Mrs. Nguyen Anh Phuong, CEO of Tona Syntegra Solar, emphasized:
