Directly engage in hands-on O&M operations, proactively learn, build practical experience, and progressively enhance technical competencies throughout the internship:

• Monitor daily operations of solar PV systems, tracking energy generation, equipment status, and supervisory control alerts.
• Execute routine inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, and module cleaning activities to ensure safe, stable, and optimal system operations.
• Analyze performance degradation, diagnose underlying causes of operational anomalies, and assist or lead in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Maintain operational records, fault/incident histories, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventories; propose technical solutions to enhance overall plant efficiency.
• Coordinate directly with clients, industrial facility teams, and relevant stakeholders regarding plant operations, scheduled shutdowns, incident resolution, regular reporting, and post-maintenance handovers.

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation, or related technical disciplines
• No experience required; candidates will receive direct mentorship and on-the-job training covering O&M procedures, solar PV systems, and related technical tasks.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical power systems and equipment; basic capability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and electrical schematics is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, high sense of accountability, eager to learn, and receptive to technical guidance and mentorship.
• Willingness to perform on-site fieldwork, travel to project locations, and adapt flexibly to dynamic on-site working conditions.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal coordination, and strict compliance with occupational safety and HSE regulations.
• Long-term career orientation toward O&M, solar energy, or the broader renewable energy sector.
• Preferred: Candidates who demonstrate long-term commitment and aim to transition into full-time permanent engineers following internship performance evaluations.
