• Advise, review, and conduct legal due diligence throughout all stages of solar energy projects (investment, construction, operation, and exploitation).
• Draft, review, and directly negotiate key contracts: Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), EPC contracts, land/infrastructure lease agreements, financing agreements, O&M contracts, etc.
• Prepare and control documentation for investment approvals, construction permits, electricity operation licenses, and related procedures.
• Represent the company in working with government authorities (MOIT/DOIT, EVN, DPI, DONRE, etc.) to ensure project compliance with applicable laws.
• Monitor and assess the impact of new policies and regulations on renewable energy, investment, land, and related sectors on company operations.
• Participate in handling legal issues, claims, or disputes arising during project implementation.
• Advise and develop legal strategies to manage risks and optimize commercial benefits for the company.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• At least 03 years of experience in project legal, including a minimum of 02 years in solar energy or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of investment, land, construction, energy, and environmental laws.
• Experience working with government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and managing project legal documentation.
• Good communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; detail-oriented and responsible.
• Age: from 25 to 40 years old.
