Tona Syntegra Solar (TSS) – the international leading EPC & Financing in PV Solar commpany – is currently looking for a QA/QC Coordinator to join our large-scale solar power projects.

• Procure materials and equipment for Solar/EPC projects in strict accordance with technical specifications and project milestones.
• Collaborate with the Engineering/Project Management teams to clearly define material requirements, technical parameters, and procurement plans.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and expand vendor networks; ensure multiple supplier options per material group/project for competitive comparison and selection.
• Track purchasing timelines, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or scope changes.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance; propose optimal procurement solutions concerning pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and documentation; coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless supply operations.

• Age: 25 – 27 years old.
• Gender: Male
• Bacherlor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing; hands-on experience sourcing technical equipment, electrical components, MEP, EPC, construction, or renewable energy materials is strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing acumen – proactively identifying new suppliers, staying updated with market trends, and avoiding reliance on single vendors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple procurement streams while meeting tight schedules.
• Proactive, accountable, strong problem-solving mindset, and quick adaptation to dynamic project requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical datasheets, drawings, and material specifications is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications for data analysis and reporting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience procuring PV solar modules, inverters, switchgear/electrical panels, power cables, and site-related project equipment.
• Working experience within Solar, EPC, MEP, or technical construction project environments.
