• Oversee overall EPC activities at the construction site, including site surveys, detailed design implementation, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, acceptance, and handover of rooftop solar projects.
• Act as the key coordination point with the Client, supervision consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare plans and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure construction progress.
• Control technical execution and construction quality in accordance with drawings, method statements, technical standards, and project requirements.
• Manage key work packages, including mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, DC/AC cables, electrical cabinets, grounding, lightning protection, and system interconnection.
• Coordinate safety control, particularly for rooftop construction, working at height, material lifting operations, and electrical works.
• Monitor work volume, costs, variations, and report on progress, quality, and safety to the Project Management Team / Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, M&E, Construction, or other relevant technical disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or site management for rooftop solar, solar farm, industrial MEP, or industrial EPC projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in the role of Site Manager, Deputy Site Manager, Construction Manager, or an equivalent position.
• Priority will be given to candidates who have directly participated in large-scale rooftop solar projects at factories, industrial parks, logistics facilities, warehouses, or operating facilities.
• Good understanding of the EPC project implementation process, including site survey, design, procurement, construction, acceptance, testing and commissioning, and handover.
• Practical knowledge of rooftop solar PV systems, AC/DC electrical systems, inverters, electrical cabinets, cables, grounding, lightning protection, mounting structures, and safety requirements for rooftop construction.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, method statements, project schedules, BOQs, acceptance dossiers, and as-built documentation.
• Strong site coordination skills, subcontractor management capabilities, problem-solving ability, and good communication skills with Clients and relevant stakeholders.
