The atmosphere at Tona Syntegra Solar reached a new peak this week as our HR team hosted a special Happy Friday event. Arriving at the perfect moment, the gathering served as a vital recharge for the entire team as we accelerate current projects toward COD (Commissioning Date) and prepare for the inauguration of several new major projects in Q4 2025.
The highlight of the event was the closing ceremony of Phase 1 of the “Burn to Earn” campaign. Over 42 days of dedication, our team turned every step into a symbol of resilience and unity. From the bustling energy of our construction sites to the steady rhythm of the office, the results were nothing short of extraordinary:
Total Distance: 1,775 km covered (30% above the initial target!)
Participation Excellence: 99% of participants successfully achieved their 20 km KPI.
