In March 2025, Tona Syntegra Solar (TSS) completed a comprehensive upgrading and repowering of the rooftop solar system at An Loc Plaza, Binh Phuoc Province. With an upgraded capacity of 2,398.5 kWp, the system now generates approximately 3,628.9 MWh annually—a 16,5% increase in yield compared to the pre-retrofit performance.

Scope of Enhancement
This retrofit project included structural rehabilitation, replacement of damaged components, installation of a new rooftop and walkways, upgraded mounting systems, and a modernized control room—ensuring both operational safety and improved long-term performance.

Efficiency of Solar Power System
Following the upgrade, the system is expected to offset 2,455.3 tons of CO₂ annually, equivalent to the carbon sequestration of over 36,800 tree seedlings. This efficiency boost underscores the potential of strategic retrofitting in revitalizing aging solar assets and maximizing environmental returns.
