The San Carlos Solar Energy Inc., SaCaSol 45 MWp solar photovoltaic power plant was commissioned in San Carlos, Negros Occidental, Philippines, and commissioned in August 2014. SaCaSol combined 177,246 PV modules produce around 69,325 MWh of electricity per year supplying some 24,000 households in the Philippines and avoiding 39,853 tons of CO2 emissions annually.
